I had not heard that phrase since childhood from my south Mississippi great-aunts! We had an old Mama BarnCat that hissed like that when my dad would return from early morning bird hunting with our Enlish pointer, who merely looked in the general direction of her food dish! Wonderful picture, epitomy of feline-hood!
