DeDe Tells All!

Oh Dog! Happy Sunday everybody! DeDe here to catch you up on the latest!

Gather 'round friends!

Gather ’round friends!

First an update on Sera and Chloe: They are in their new forever home in Texas and, according to their human, doing great. Jen has seen a picture of them on Facebook and they look comfortable and content. Since I don’t have permission to post the photo, we can’t put it up here for you to see.

As for the lump on my leg, it appears I was right and it is a fatty tumor. It is embedded in some tissue so it felt hard, but no cause for alarm. YAY!

One other thing I wish to discuss with you. We here at Rumpydog have been pondering a blogger challenge. Our friends write about a wide variety of topics, but I think this is a challenge that each of you could find of interest. We’ll be posting the details soon, so keep checking back!

In the meantime, I’m working on a deal between Europe and Australia whereby all the snow that’s plowed up will be sent south. Wish me luck!

And please remember, if you work out a snow deal, we have LOTS of it here you are welcome to. Please start by carting it out of yard, then you can work your way through our neighborhood, the park….

  31. Hi Rumpy and Gang! I’ve been terribly busy but have been checking in and was delighted to read about the adventures of Sera and Chloe.

Rump, please be sure to tell Jen how amazing I think she is for going to such lengths to see that they found a forever home.

Also glad to know that DeDe is okay and that there’s no need for worry.

I do have some sad news to report, our good friend Guinness was sent off to the Rainbow Bridge with as much love as we could pack along. Guinness was an old guy and this winter was tough on him. In most recent weeks he was getting worse by the day and no longer able to comfortably get around on his own.

We miss him terribly but are comforted to know he’s with his best friend Ted (his original human) on the other side.

Looking forward to hearing more about the blogger challenge and really, I’ve got more snow than I need, where do I send it?

  32. Glad to hear your tumor is just a fatty one and that the kitties are doing well in their new home. And a challenge! Sounds interesting… excited to hear more!

  46. It’s BJ. DeDe, I’m glad that the lump was just fatty tissue. I had a lump like that under my left arm. Even though it didn’t need to be removed, Mom felt that because of it’s location that it would be irritated when I ran. My recovery from my surgery was fast.
